Our fee is 8–10% of monthly rent collected for long-term rentals. For a $3,000/month rental, that's $240–$300/month. Short-term rental management is 15–20% of gross booking revenue. No setup fees, no hidden charges.
Can I hire you if I live in California?
Absolutely — that's our specialty. We're licensed in both California (DRE 01786835) and Arizona (LC722056000). Everything from assessment to lease signing can be done remotely. You never need to fly to Arizona.
How quickly can you find a tenant?
Most properties are listed within 48 hours of onboarding and tenanted within 14–21 days. Arizona vacancy rates in our core markets remain low and demand is strong, especially for well-priced, well-presented properties.
Do you manage short-term rentals (Airbnb/VRBO)?

What happens if a tenant doesn't pay rent?
